The preprocessing stage is the fundamental step in removing surface dust and loose impurities, laying the foundation for subsequent deep cleaning. This process forms a 360 degree spray area without dead corners through an array of nozzles. High pressure water flow (usually at a pressure of 0.8-2MPa) impacts the surface of the parts in a fan-shaped or conical spray mode, using the impact force of the water flow to peel off solid impurities such as iron filings, sand particles, dust, and some soluble oil stains. For complex parts with grooves and through holes, the equipment will be equipped with directional rotating nozzles, allowing water flow to penetrate deep into the aperture to prevent impurities from hiding in the gaps. The pre-treatment water temperature is generally controlled at 30-50 ℃. Moderate temperature can enhance the infiltration effect of water flow on oil stains, while avoiding damage to the surface of parts caused by high temperature. After pre-treatment, more than 80% of the loose pollutants on the surface of the parts are removed, significantly reducing the cleaning pressure in subsequent processes and reducing the consumption of cleaning solution.

The main cleaning process is the core of breaking down stubborn stains, achieving deep cleaning through the synergy of high pressure and chemical action. The spray pressure in this stage can be increased to 2-5MPa, and for some scenarios with heavy oil stains, it can be increased to 8MPa. High pressure water flow can penetrate the solidified oil layer, causing stubborn oil stains to crack and detach from the surface of the parts. Cleaning solutions often use alkaline formulas (pH 8-10) to convert animal and vegetable oils into water-soluble substances through saponification reactions, combined with surfactants to enhance the emulsifying ability of mineral oils and achieve chemical decomposition of oil stains. The water temperature in the main cleaning area is usually set at 50-70 ℃. High temperature environment can accelerate the chemical reaction rate, while reducing the viscosity of the cleaning solution and enhancing its permeability. To improve cleaning uniformity, the conveyor belt will adopt a step-by-step operation mode in the main cleaning area, which means that the nozzles will spray intensively when the parts are paused, ensuring that each part can receive sufficient cleaning time. The cleaning solution is continuously purified through a circulating filtration system, and the filter screen and magnetic separator can intercept solid impurities in the liquid, making the cleaning solution reusable and reducing operating costs.
漂洗環(huán)節(jié)的核心作用是清除殘留清洗液與化學(xué)物質(zhì),避免二次污染。經(jīng)過主清洗的零件表面會(huì)附著少量含洗滌劑的液體,若不徹底清除,干燥后可能形成白色印記或腐蝕斑點(diǎn)。漂洗環(huán)節(jié)采用多級(jí)遞進(jìn)式清潔模式,一級(jí)漂洗使用經(jīng)過過濾的循環(huán)水,初步?jīng)_洗大部分殘留液;二級(jí)漂洗切換為純水,通過更細(xì)密的噴嘴布局,清除零件表面及縫隙中殘留的洗滌劑成分;對(duì)于精密零件(如液壓閥塊、軸承套),會(huì)增加三級(jí)去離子水漂洗,利用去離子水無礦物質(zhì)的特性,防止水中離子在零件表面形成電化學(xué)腐蝕。漂洗壓力略低于主清洗(1-3MPa),避免高壓水流對(duì)已清潔的精密表面造成損傷,水溫保持在 40-60℃,既能確保沖洗效果,又能減少水分在零件表面的附著量,為后續(xù)干燥環(huán)節(jié)減負(fù)。

After the main cleaning, a small amount of detergent containing liquid may adhere to the surface of the parts. If not thoroughly removed, white marks or corrosion spots may form after drying. The rinsing process adopts a multi-stage progressive cleaning mode, with the first stage rinsing using filtered circulating water to preliminarily rinse most of the residual liquid; Switching from secondary rinsing to pure water, using a finer nozzle layout to remove residual detergent components from the surface and gaps of the parts; For precision parts such as hydraulic valve blocks and bearing sleeves, three-stage deionized water rinsing will be added to utilize the mineral free nature of deionized water to prevent electrochemical corrosion of water ions on the surface of the parts. The rinsing pressure is slightly lower than the main cleaning pressure (1-3MPa) to avoid damage to the cleaned precision surface caused by high-pressure water flow. The water temperature is maintained at 40-60 ℃, which can ensure the rinsing effect and reduce the amount of water adhering to the surface of the parts, reducing the burden on the subsequent drying process.
